I love the TV, but it does need some customized color (skin tone) settings. Can anyone share the settings that they are using to improve the pic or sound?

Went with a 37″ as that is all that would fit in a built in cabinet. Setup was very easy and the picture quality is outstanding. Also looks fantastic when it’s off, very classy…..if you want it, buy it.

I purchased this TV based mostly on the reviews posted here. Boy, am I let down. The picture is not at all crisp and clear- no matter how I try to change it. It seems very grainy. Granted, we do not have HDTV- but a TV with this type of resolution should have a decent picture quality anyway. I am honestly considering going back to my big old school TV. The picture quality was better on it than on this new one.

The TV seems to be excellant so far. The shipping company delayed delivery and seem to have lost the shipment at one time. They finally turned it over to another shipper and they were very good. The extra installation that we paid for was not worth it. Amazon customer service helped solve the lost TV and were very helpful WE LOVE AMAZON! Kay Polk
